1. As this project is being run as a research trial, we have a very limited budget. 
  2. We incur a transaction fee for every purchase made through our app, and it is not possible for the research project team to cover this cost out of our limited budget. 
  3. We do not provide refunds for users that change their mind after purchasing a plan.
  4. In certain circumstances we may provide pro-rata credit points to your account in extenuating circumstances e.g. under a government-mandated COVID isolation order, or where our app has a critical failure. In these circumstances users will need to provide evidence to support their claim. 
  5. We will also provide pro-rata credit points as compensation during COVID lockdowns, but not outside of government-mandated lockdowns. You can read more on this here.
