- As this project is being run as a research trial, we have a very limited budget.
- We incur a transaction fee for every purchase made through our app, and it is not possible for the research project team to cover this cost out of our limited budget.
- We do not provide refunds for users that change their mind after purchasing a plan.
- In certain circumstances we may provide pro-rata credit points to your account in extenuating circumstances e.g. under a government-mandated COVID isolation order, or where our app has a critical failure. In these circumstances users will need to provide evidence to support their claim.
- We will also provide pro-rata credit points as compensation during COVID lockdowns, but not outside of government-mandated lockdowns. You can read more on this here.
