ODIN PASS aggregates transport services into a single app. In many instances, you will be pushed to external apps to complete transport bookings. If a price is shown in any of these external transport apps (e.g. Neuron, 13cabs, GoGet, etc), this is a real cost that you have to pay the operator directly, and is not included in your ODIN PASS monthly pass.

If you purchase a monthly pass through ODIN PASS that includes unlimited options, such as shared e-scooters or e-bikes, no price should be shown in the external operators app when you go to book/unlock the device. If a price is shown, please contact us to resolve the issue and note that any a charges you agree to in the interim will be at your expense. 

If you think you may have been charged incorrectly while using one of the transport service operators apps, please contact the operator directly first to resolve the issue. If you are having problems resolving the matter, please contact us at: support@odinpass.com.au
