Step-by-Step Instructions

Renewing an Existing Pass

Starting on the home screen of ODIN PASS tap the blue "manage" button under the 'Monthly transport pass' tab.

This will display an outline of your existing Transport pass including the price, what services are included as well as it's starting and expiration date. Tap "View Pass" for a more detailed overview.

Tap the 'Renew pass for next month' button to renew your pass. Tap 'Confirm' on the pop-up confirmation screen to proceed to checkout.

At the checkout tap the 'Pay from' button to add a new method of payment, or to confirm the use of an existing method of payment.

Finally, tap the 'Purchase' button to renew your transport pass.

Please make sure to leave up to 15 minutes after purchase for your pass to become active.

Transitioning from an old pass to a new pass

As the ODIN PASS Trial progresses, we may discontinue old passes and create new travel passes based on changes of providers or pricing. If the pass you are currently subscribed too is no longer being offered, you will need to subscribe to a new pass in order to continue using the platform.

To subscribe to a new pass while still having an active pass, tap 'Manage' under the 'Monthly Transport Pass' tab on the home screen of the app.

On the "My Transport Pass" screen, tap the "Available passes" button to browse the list of available transport passes.

Tap the transport pass that you wish to purchase and continue with your transaction to renew your pass for the next month.

Please make sure to leave up to 15 minutes after purchase for your pass to become active.
