IMPORTANT
Before you begin, make sure you have all the relevant transport apps installed on your phone, with accounts setup using your UQ email - the same one registered to your ODIN PASS account. Click here for download links to each app.
To begin, enter your destination in the search bar on the ODIN PASS home screen, and select the correct destination from the returned search options.
Once the list has been populated, select the transport route that utilises your preferred option. Tap the 'Go' button to begin your trip.
Shared Micro-mobility
When choosing to use Neuron swipe left to go to the micro-mobility leg of your chosen trip, which will display a list of nearby, available devices, including their current location and distance from your location. You can dynamically update your trip to another device by selecting it in the screen below.
Swiping left again, you reach the screen relevant to the chosen device. This screen shows information regarding the device's current battery percentage and location. Tapping the "Unlock" button will push you to the Neuron app to finalise booking of the device (e-scooter/e-bike).
Taxi and Car-Sharing Services
When on a trip that involves a taxi, car-sharing or ride-sharing service, swipe left to reach the booking stage of the trip. This button will push you to the relevant app (13cabs, GoGet) to finalise booking of your trip.
