SIGNUP: Agree to Neuron's T&Cs. Enter your phone number. followed by your same UQ email as your ODIN PASS account in your Neuron account settings. Additional signup information can be found here. BOOKING: The instructions below show how to find and book Neuron via the ODIN PASS app. Note you can also book Neuron directly in their app, once you have signed up via ODIN PASS. Part of this research trial is studying whether users prefer a MaaS app that links multiple, different transport services, or to use each operators app directly. We welcome your feedback on this.

Step-by-Step Instructions

To begin, enter your destination into the search bar on the ODIN PASS home screen.
From the list of results, tap the trip that includes a Neuron device as part of the route. It may take some time to fully populate the list.
Tap the "Go" button to begin your trip.
Whilst on the trip, swipe right to reach the Neuron leg of the trip. This will display a list of nearby Neuron devices with an approximate location and the distance from you. Tapping a service will take you to the collect screen for that device.
Here you can see the current battery level of the device and the type of device you will be booking as well as a specific location for the vehicle.
Tap the "Unlock" button to be redirected to the Neuron app to finish your booking and unlock the device.
