As outlined in Step 3 of the getting started tutorial, it is critical that you use the UQ email address that you registered your ODIN PASS account with, on all of your accounts registered with the transport providers participating in this program.

This is critical as we use your UQ email address to collect your usage data across transport services, and then use this data to calculate your reward points.

If you do not use your UQ email address for your accounts with our transport partners, we are unable to calculate reward points based on your usage.

Collecting your usage data across transport providers is also critical for informing this MaaS research trial, and understanding how you are using the platform so we can continue to improve it, and provide even greater transport offers.

We collect and store your usage data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
