Some users are reporting issues booking public transport in iOS. This appears to be intermittent and only affecting specific devices, where the book button disappears - often after purchasing a new pass/bundle.

We are investigating the cause of this issue, which may be linked to a recent update to the app.

If you are experiencing this problem, please first try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Your settings will be saved, but the error should now be rectified.

Similarly, if you have not been receiving push notifications about your pass expiring, please try reinstalling the app.
