THIS ISSUE HAS NOW BEEN RESOLVED. IF YOU ARE STILL EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS PLEASE CONTACT US AT: SUPPORT@ODINPASS.COM.AU

We are aware some Android users are currently experiencing issues accessing active, booked public transport tickets IF the user exits to the main menu of the ODIN PASS app.

Normally you could find your active ticket by tapping on the 'active gocard tile' on the main menu, or by going to your trip logs.

Unfortunately, we are currently seeing issues with active tickets not showing in these menus. We are trying to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

While the booking public transport ticket function still works, if you leave the book screen you may lose access to the booked trip, and you will then need to book a new ticket.

You can still access other apps in your phone, but we recommend in the ODIN PASS app that you don't exit out the Mode-by-Mode screen (example shown below) during an active trip - until we resolve this issue i.e. don't click the 'X' in the centre-right of the screen.

Apologies for the inconvenience of this issue. We will update this article as soon as the problem is resolved.
