Welcome to ODIN PASS! We're excited to have you join this world-leading mobility-as-a-service program at The University of Queensland.

Note: There is a small group of new users not seeing transport passes available for purchase in the app. Please contact us at support@odinpass.com.au and we will rectify this issue for you ASAP.

Here are some helpful tips to get you started with ODIN PASS:

1. Before purchasing a pass, be sure to go through our on-boarding tutorial here. It's important you setup the other transport apps, and use the same UQ email address for these apps, before purchasing a pass through our app, otherwise you wont receive the benefits included in the pass you purchase.

2. When booking a public transport ticket, remember that you do not have to walk up to the bus driver to show them your pass. Hold up your phone to them and if they ask you to come forward you can then show it to them. You can read more about this process here.

3. Keep an eye out for reminders so you can remember to purchase your next pass. You will receive reminders 7 and 3 days before your current pass expires. Remember, we do not yet have an auto-renew function, and there is no obligation to renew.
