Last week a new version of our Android app was released, but unfortunately it contained a bug which is preventing some Android users - primarily owners of Samsung phones - to experience app crashes when trying to purchase / renew a new pass.

We've worked hard with our developers to resolve this issue as soon as possible. The bug has now been fixed, and the updated app has been submitted to Google Play for approval. Unfortunately this process is taking longer than it has in the past and we are still waiting for notice that the app will be made public through the Google Play store.

While we expect we should receive approval from Google in the coming days, we recognise some users who are experiencing this problem would like to purchase a pass ASAP. As such, we are providing direct access to the app here: https://odinpass.com.au/odin2022.apk

In order to install this developer version of the app, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Download the apk file to your phone by clicking the link above.

2. Open the file to install the app. Note you will need to enable install from 'unknown sources' in your phone's security settings, given this app is being download outside the Google Play Store.

3. The app will then install on your phone, and you will no longer experience the issue when purchasing / renewing a pass.

We will send out a push notification in the coming days when the latest version of the app is live on the Google Play Store. At that time you can then switch to the Google Play version for the best user experience.
