Last Updated: 1.50 PM, 15th of February, 2022.

THE BELOW ISSUE HAS NOW BEEN RESOLVED AS OF 1.50 PM, 15TH OF FEBRUARY, 2022. WE ARE KEEPING THIS ADVICE OPEN FOR ANY FUTURE INSTANCES WHERE USERS MAY HAVE ISSUES FINDING TRAIN SERVICES.

We are aware of a prior issue that was affecting the display of train trips in the ODIN PASS app. We rely on real-time data provided by Translink to display these results. Unfortunately there was a problem with this external feed which impacted several apps, including Google Maps. The issue has now been resolved.

For future reference, if you are unable to book a train trip using ODIN PASS please follow these steps:

1. If you can find any public transport trips travelling from your origin to your destination, please book this ticket. ODIN PASS tickets are not mode or route specific. You can use them to travel on any Translink service from your origin to your destination even if it shows a bus but you need to use a train. See an example below for a trip on the Ipswich Line to Indooroopilly, where the user would instead need to book the bus option. The ticket is still valid for use on the train if the from and to locations are similar:

2. If you cannot find any public transport options to book your trip in the ODIN PASS app and are forced to use your gocard please send us a copy of your gocard transactions and we will apply a credit to your account. Please note this may take up to 10 business days to process.
