We are conscious that committing to a month-long plan at the current time can lead to concerns about what will happen if there is a lockdown in South East Queensland.

 

To address these concerns, we will be offering users a pro-rata credit of their pass for the duration of the lockdown period that was in place during the month of their active pass e.g. a 7-day lockdown would equate to 7 days / 30 days x PLAN RATE. 


For all future lockdowns we will provide credits in the form of reward points to use as a discount off future pass purchases in the ODIN PASS app. 


Please note that this credit may take up to two weeks after the lockdown ends to process.


There is no need for further action from users. These credits will be automatically processed by our customer support team.


Please note we will not provide credits or refunds for users that change their mind on purchased plans outside of lockdown periods. You can read more about our change of mind policy here.
